Key Responsibilities

  • Assuring compliance to standards, policies, local tax, legal and banking requirements

  • Processing and monitoring domestic and international payments  

  • Processing and monitoring intra-company payments 

  • Maintaining safe and secure banking relationships aligned with Group’s priorities

  • Management, monitoring and optimisation of intra-company loans

  • Collaborating on cash forecasting and cash flow planning and monitoring 

  • Optimisation of financial resource utilisation

  • Cash positioning, reporting and analysis to management

  • Being responsible for KYC process in cooperation with our lawyers, as well as other regulatory requirements of banks

  • Supporting the Treasury team, including ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree, preferably in Economics or Administration 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, banking, treasury, or a shared service centre 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Operational punctuality and accuracy, ability to multitask

  • Cash management (domestic and international payments, administration of electronic banking system, basic knowledge SWIFT communication, understanding settings of current accounts, etc.)

  • Liquidity management (compiling cash position and cash-flow forecasting, management and optimisation of intra-company loans, etc.)

  • Collaboration with banks (basic understanding of banking of banking products, ability to communicate needs and issues to the bank, etc.)

  • Hungarian (fluent) and English (B2+); any other CEE language is a strong advantage
